ECOWAS Commissioner Sédiko DOUKA, responsible for Infrastructure, Energy, and Digitalization led a high-level mission in Dakar from May 11 to 12, 2023, to advocate with the Government of Senegal regarding the establishment of the Fund for the Development and Financing of the Transport and Energy Sectors in West Africa (FODETE).
