The mission of the PPDU is to :

•  the preparation and development of regional integration infrastructure projects within ECOWAS Member States;

• mobilising the resources needed for the preparation and development of infrastructure projects;

• the promotion of public-private partnerships in investment financing and project management in the ECOWAS region;

• capacity building of national counterpart structures
